Mourning

The first anniversary memorial service for the GP firearm accident was held at the new recruits training site of the 28th Infantry Division at Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province, on June 19. The late Capt. Kim Jong-myeong’s surviving sister (right) is weeping over his portrait, crying, “I did not take care of him well.”
