Sentenced

Former minister of Culture and Tourism Park Ji-won entered the Seoul High court located at Seocho-gu, Seoul on May 25 on charges of receiving slush funds amounting to 15 billion won from Hyundai, among others. The Seoul High Court sentenced Park to three years in jail and 100 million won in fines for violating the Inter-Korean Exchange Cooperation Law.
