Hollow Promises

With the newly introduced Manifesto movement for the May 31 local elections, many candidates complain that they are under considerable stress preparing sincere, not hollow pledges. On April 29, a district leader candidate in Daegu is pledging to protesting local residents to guarantee a walkway in front of an elementary school.
