US, Japan Hold Hands

Delegates of the U.S. and Japan are holding hands at the State Department Building in Washington on May 1, after their Japan-US security guarantee consultation meeting. From the left are U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, State Secretary Condoleezza Rice, Japanese Foreign Minister Taro Aso and Defense Agency Director General Fukushiro Nukaga. The two countries adopted a final report that contains plans for the realignment of American troops stationed in Japan.
