The 10th National Party Congress of Communist Party of Vietnam, which will set the course for the upcoming five years for Vietnam, started on April 18, “The proletarian dictatorship, which has underpinned the Communist Party of Vietnam for 76 years, is expected to be officially put to an end during this session of congress.” The congressional meeting will end on April 25. On April 16, a poster informing people of the opening of the current session of congress was posted in downtown Hanoi.
