Koreans Finish 1-2-3 in Math Contest

Korean students took the first three places in the International Schools Mathematics Teachers Foundation Center Mathematics Competition in London earlier this week.

In the senior competition held at the American School in London on February 4-5, 11th grader Hwang Hong-kyun of the American School in Paris took first place, scoring 181 out of 200 possible points.

Moon Ik-joon (12th grade) and Chang Tae-hoon (12th grade) of the American International School in Vienna finished in second and third place, respectively. The American International School in Vienna won the group competitions this year.
