Spring is Near

Pure white snowflakes covering Mt. Seorak in Gangwon Province are a refreshing sight for visitors (left). Flower buds blossoming in a household at the southernmost end of Jeju Island cause a flutter in a schoolgirl’s heart. Though winter is still with us, spring seems to be close.
