A Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Office on the Donghae Line in Sacheon-ri, Goseong-gun, Gangwon Province opened yesterday. Vehicles carrying construction materials and commodities bound for Mt. Geumgang are waiting to leave at the department gate. Drivers have to pass through the gate as part of their departure procedure.
