Water Shortage in Russia

Residents in the Khabarovsk region in Russia on the lower Songhua River were drawing water from a suburban well on November 26. After the river contamination caused by a Chinese chemical factory explosion, the people of Khabarovsk have begun to secure drinking water amid doubled prices.
