Civic Groups Blast North Korean POW Repatriation Plan

Members of South Korean civic associations for those abducted and detained in North Korea held gatherings yesterday at the Government Complex in Sejong-no, Seoul. They are demanding the government solve the issue of South Korean abductees and P.O.W.s first, rather than repatriating long-term prisoners to the North unilaterally.
