New Orleans in Complete Chaos

On September 1, in New Orleans, U.S. National Guard troops are leveling their guns at a man who is presumed to be part of an armed mob. After Hurricane Katrina swept the region, New Orleans fell into an anarchic state due to looting and gunfights. National Guard troops and local police were rushed in to restore order.
