Preparations Underway for ASEAN Regional Forum

The scene is a conference room in Vientiane, the capital of Laos, for the 12th Foreign Ministerial Meeting of the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) on July 29. The flags of North Korea, South Korea, and Laos are being raised on July 23. It’s expected that measures for anti-terrorism and the democratization of Myanmar will dominate the meeting.
