Disneyland Celebrates Its 50th Birthday

On July 17 at Disneyland’s Sleeping Beauty Castle in Anaheim, California, an event commemorating the 50th anniversary of the opening of Disneyland was held. Some 515 million people have visited the theme park since its opening in 1955. There are currently 11 Disneylands around the world, including the one in California.
