President Roh Moo-hyun (left) is talking over tea with Prime Minister Lee Hae-chan (center) and other officials during a Cabinet meeting held in Cheong Wa Dae on July 5. On the same day, President Roh expressed his thoughts on forging a coalition by writing an article on the Cheong Wa Dae website stating, Korean Politics Should Be Back on the Tight Track.
