Dryer in the Upper Part, Washing Machine in the Lower Part

Washer-dryers appeared in the electronics section of Lotte Department Store in Sogong-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul on Tuesday. They are made by the U.S. company Maytag. The lower part is a washing machine and the upper is a dryer. It dries clothes with heat from gas and effectively reduces the electric bill, according to the department store’s explanation. Until July 17, the product will be on sale at a discounted price of 3,990,000 won, 500,000 won off of the original price.
