Chung Ju-yung and Chung Se-yung Attended Launch Ceremony for Stella, Hyundai’s Second Self-Developed Model

In May 1983, the launch ceremony for the Stella, the second model Hyundai Motor developed on its own, took place. With the launch of Stella, Hyundai Motor wrote a new chapter in the history of Korea’s mid-size automobile market. The late Chung Ju-yung (right), the former chairman of the Hyundai Group, and Chung Se-yung (left), the former chairman of Hyundai Development Company, were in attendance.
