The 2005 HOFEX

Visitors at the 2005 HOFEX held at the Hong Kong convention and exhibition center on May 10 are taking photos of appetizers. HOFEX is Hong Kong’s largest food exhibition displaying foods, beverages, processed foods, and cooking equipment. About 1,800 businesses from 35 countries including the U.S., Japan, France, and Korea are participating in this event which will be held until May 13.
