Kim Il Sung and Ché Guevara in 1960

North Korea Chosun Central TV aired a documentary film on April 10. The film contained scenes in which Ché Guevara, who visited Pyongyang in December 1960 as the Cuban minister of Commerce and Industry, was conversing with Kim Il Sung, the then prime minister of the North Korean Cabinet. The broadcaster said that the founding father of the North “exchanged a warm dialogue full of friendship based on revolutionary spirit.”
