Korea will celebrate the 86th anniversary of the March 1st Independence Movement Day. The Taegeukgi (Korean national flag) is placed in the apartments of Dongin Shineville Apartments in Oksu-dong, Sungdong-gu, Seoul on February 28. The inhabitants of the apartment selected February 28 to March 1 as the national flag waving period.
