Colloquium of World Human Rights Experts, NGO Leaders

Audiences listen intently to a presenter at the "International Conference for the North Korean Human Rights Refugee Issue," sponsored by the North Korean Human Rights Citizens Group, at Ignatio Hall in Sogang University, located in Seoul, on February 14. The conference, which will continue until February 16, will be attended by 40 international human rights experts and NGO leaders.
