“How I Was Tortured Under the Japanese Rule”

On the first day of damage report of enforcedly conscripted victims during the Japan’s colonial rule, hundreds of victims and the bereaved families flocked to the Presidential Truth Commission at Shinmun-ro in Jongro-gu. Some victims and the bereaved families are showing the documents to prove their family member’s injuries by forced mobilization before submitting the damage report. The Presidential Truth Commission and 250 provincial and local organizations nationwide will receive the reports until the June 30.
