North Korea Appoints Kim Hyung Joon Vice Foreign Minster.

The additional appointment of the former North Korean ambassador to Syria, Kim Hyung Joon, to the position of North Korean Vice Foreign Minister was confirmed on January 26. North Koreas Foreign Ministry has eight other vice ministers, including the First Vice Minister, Kang Seok Joo.
