Han River Freezes

The Han River near Gwangjin Bridge in Seoul froze on January 5, the coldest day this winter. The police at the Gwangnaru sentry post of the Han River patrol, Gangdong Police Station, Seoul, are checking the level of freezing of the Han River on a boat. Seoul’s lowest temperature this morning was minus 8.8 degrees Celsius.
