Adieu! 2004 Stock Market

Employees of a securities firm are throwing papers and documents dealing with stock trading in the air as part of a ceremony for the closing session of 2004, which was held yesterday in the sales department of Daishin Securities Co. located in Yeouido Seoul. The Composite Stock Index on the same day closed at 895.92, up by 85.21 points (10.5 percent) from the end of last year. The 2005 stock market opens on January 3.
