Seoul National University Installs Frequency Jammer

At Seoul National University’s Engineering Building 1, employees of Sorek, a company that manufactures devices for cutting off electronic waves, is testing the frequency jammer that will soon be installed at each college. SNU decided to install these devices to prevent students from leaking exam questions during the early decision interviews for the 2005 academic year, scheduled to be held on November 30.
