Cold Weather

Seoul Hongik University coeds are huddling up against the chilling winds and picking up pace as nationwide temperatures dropped drastically on November 12, showing signs of early winter weather. On November 13 and for the rest of the weekend, the thermometer is expected to drop to below zero in central districts, and meteorologists forecasted a freezing wind-chill factor for Seoul.
