Two fishermen who were rescued by South Korea’s maritime police on October 14 while drifting near the West Sea due to the troubled engine are being handed over to North Korean authorities through the truce village of Panmunjeom, crossing the Military Demarcation Line. One of them left a shopping bag containing some clothes that the Red Cross prepared for him.
