The Institute of Traditional Korean Food and the Jongro-gu Office are opening “Traditional Food Festival of Palace and Sadaeboo” in Unhyun Palace, which runs through tomorrow. Foreign students are smiling brightly as they hold up their own hand-made rice cakes yesterday.
