More Evidence of Water on Mars

Images relayed from the Mars probes Spirit and Opportunity were announced to the public.

NASA scientists found that Clovis, a boulder where Spirit is currently conducting tests, has large amounts of highly concentrated sulfur, chlorine, and bromine. Scientists explained that these substances are commonly found during volcanic eruptions and it is possible that they fused with water or vaporized water.
