Send-Off for Ambassador Hubbard

Thomas Hubbard, U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Korea (middle), will be leaving his post next month after a three-year term in office. On the morning of July 27, Hubbard was honored with a farewell military parade at the R.O.K.-U.S. Combined Forces Command in Yongsan, Seoul.
