The President Makes First Visit to Residence of National Assembly Chairman

For Korean Constitution Day on July 17, President Roh became the first head of state to visit the official residence for the chairman of the National Assembly, located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The day’s events took place under the auspices of a formal invitation by National Assembly Chairman Kim Won-ki to President Roh, Prime Minister Lee Hae-chan, Chief Justice Choi Jong-yeong, and Chairman Yu Ji-dam of the National Election Commission.
