North Korean Delegate Kim Kye-gwan: “We Had a Good Meeting”

Kim Kye-gwan, North Korean Vice Foreign Minister and chief delegate to the third round of six-party talks, is wearing a smile on his return trip on June 26 to Pyongyang, entering Beijing Airport in China, after the most recent round of talks to resolve North Korean nuclear issues ended. The North Korean and the U.S. government suggested specific solutions to the nuclear issue for the first time and negotiated accordingly.
