U.S. Forces Early Reduction Problem

In the afternoon of June 7, the head of the U.S. delegation, Rich Lawless, the assistant secretary of Defense (second from the left), and head of the Korean delegation, Kwon Ahn Do, the section chief of Defense Ministry`s Policy Bureau, are shaking hands before the future U.S.-ROK alliance policy plan conference being held in the Defense Ministry’s conference room. During the conference, both sides discussed the early reduction of U.S. forces.
