Prime Minister Goh Kun, revealing his intention to resign from the nation’s No. 2 position, is said to have a negative opinion on performing his right to appoint and nominate ministers. Cheong Wa Dae has accordingly started to persuade Goh, but is on alert over possible frustration in its early reshuffling plan.
