President Roh to Make an Announcement Saturday

If the Constitutional Court disapproves the impeachment of President Roh Moo-hyun on Friday, he will make official remarks the next morning on the reinstatement and the future direction of government policies.

President Roh is known to express his determination to put priority on restoring people’s livelihood in his remarks to the public. The president decided not to participate in the 37th Annual Meeting of the Asian Development Bank to be held in Jeju Island from May 13 to May 17 even if the court rules for him.
