The Democracy and Labor Party Representative (DLP) Kwon Young-ghil (center) is answering questions at a press conference with foreign correspondents which was held at Korea Press Center in Tapyongro, Chung-gu, Seoul on April 23. The DLP, which evolved into a major party at the 17th general election, is experiencing an elevated position every day.
