Low productivity problem, which slows down the manufacture efficiency and the products’ quality with the same amount of capital and labor power, is the biggest problem for Korea in order to become a country with more than 100 billion won in Gross Domestic Profit. At a Toyota factory in Japan, which succeeded in accomplishing a high productivity rate with the cooperation of the workers and employers, employers are concentrating on their work.
