Congressman Moon Sung-kuen?

On March 9, Moon Sung-kuen, the head of people’s participation movement headquarters of Open Uri Party (right), talked with Congressman Yoo Shi-min. The opposition parties criticize Moon to have violated the trespassing regulations of Congress.
