Iraq Diplomats, “First Time To See Snow”

On March 5, 10 Iraqi diplomats, who were invited to undergo the diplomatic practical affairs class in Seoul, enjoyed playing with snow. Most of them remarked, “I haven’t touched snow in my entire life.”
