Minister Level Talk Between South and North Korea

The representative of the North Korea delegation, Kim Young-sung (left), who arrived in Seoul on February 3 in order to participate in the 13th minister level talks between South and North Korea, and the chief of the South Korea’s side, Jung Se-hyun, the unification minister, shake hands and smile.
