Mikhail Sakashvili, leader of “Velvet Revolution” and chairman of the People’s Action Party who played a key role in achieving the resignation of Eduard Shevardnadze, former president of Georgia in November last year, is celebrating with his wife over the de-facto success in the presidential election on January 4.
