The U.S. forces that launched an operation to arrest Ibrahim Al Duri, the former number two man in Saddam Husseins administration and also the deputy commander of the Republican Guard of Iraq, are investigating an insurgent soldier in the northern town of Hawija, Iraq on December 2. The U.S. forces pointed out that they are short of the competences in intelligence because they werent able to arrest deputy commander Al Duri despite a massive operation.
