The Crowded Gallery but the Empty Parliamentary Seats

On October 17, the gallery at the Assembly Plenary Session Hall is crowded with middle school student chairman of Gyeonggi province, who is visiting to study the processes of democratic decision-making through the Gyeonggi Election Commission. However, most of the parliamentary seats are empty, and this makes an interesting contrast.
