Seol Ki-hyeon (Anderlecht) celebrated his first goal of the season of the Belgium league finally in four matches

Lee Chun-soo (Real Sociedad) who suffered an ankle injury also appeared on the ground for his third consecutive match since his debut in the Primera Liga.

Seol appeared as the starting player Sunday in the away match against Lokeren of the 2003~2004 Belgium Professional Football League (Jupiler League) and led the team to add a win by opening and closing the scoring in Anderlecht`s 6-0 rout away.

With 19 minutes gone in the first half, Seol who was in the right of the penalty area pushed the ball with his right foot to the right place as his team mate Ivica Mornar volleyed a free kick across the face of goal from the center of the midfield.

The goal was his first goal in 39 days since his scoring on September 7 against Rapid Bucharest of Rumania in the second match of the second preliminary round of Champions League. Seol was replaced in the latter half as he showed a lethargic performance during a match against Beveren September 30. After Seol`s first goal, a pair of own goals made helped Anderlecht`s perfect start and then Mornar, Marc Hendrikx and Aruna Dindane completed its sweeping victory.

Lee, who injured the ankle during the training September 5, could also appear on the ground as a late substitute with eight minutes to go in the latter half as his side beat Racing Santander 1-0.

Lee, who had been expected to play as a substitute before the match, however, failed to add another score. He struck a shoot with the right foot after receiving a pass from Alkisa and then clearing defense, but the ball flew off the right post.

˝I am pleased of our team`s victory but still I think I should have capitalized the chance. Time was too short to score a goal,˝ Lee said. Park Ji-sung and Lee Young-pyo of PSV Eindhoven also appeared full time against FC Utrecht but could not add points. PSV won by 2-1.

In the meantime, Ahn Jeong-hwan (Shimizu S-Pulse), dubbed as the lord of the ring, added a goal for the third consecutive match.

Ahn appeared as a starting striker in the home match and played the full 90 minutes against Gamba Osaka of the Japan Professional Football League. With 14 minutes to go for the first half, he scored his 6th goal of the season a goal. The match, however, ended by a 1-1 draw.
