Tanker Explosion Polluting the Russian Volga River

700 km east of Moscow, at the riverside of Volga River, a tanker that was carrying 2000 tons of crude oil exploded, emitting flame and smoke for two days, as of September 1. Officials are said to put in efforts to prevent environmental pollution from oil flow.
