Kim Jong-il and Chinese Envoy Discuss Nuke Issue

Kim Jong-il (first from left), chairman of the North Korean National Defense Commission, was welcoming the Chinese delegation including China`s deputy foreign minister, Dai Bingguo (second from right), who was carrying Chinese President Hu Jintao’s letter. Experts predicted that the Chinese president had called for the North Korean Leader to accept multilateral talks over its nuke issue in the letter.
