Taking a Whiff Outside Office Buildings

As restriction on smoking has been strengthened in public places starting July 1, areas where smoking is allowed in office buildings is getting smaller and smaller. On Thursday afternoon, office workers are smoking on the street in front of a building where smoking is totally banned inside.
