Arraignment

Former Minister of Culture and Tourism is walking into the Seoul District Court to make appearance at the arraignment hearing on Wednesday morning. He is charged for his involvement in the Kim Dae-jung’s secret checkbook diplomacy scandal with North Korea dictator Kim Jong-il.
