Representative Yoo Si-min, a leader of the People’s Party for Reform (PPR), is in the plenary session of the National Assembly to swear in on April 29. Beside him is Rep. Oh Kyoung-hoon from the Grand National Party (GNP), who also won the by-election on April 24.
