Delegates from Washington, Beijing and Pyongyang

The three-day talks, due to start on Wednesday in Beijing, will be led by and the Deputy Director General of North Korea`s American Affairs Bureau Li Gun, the US Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian affairs James Kelly, and Fu Ying, the Chinese Director General for Asian Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
